At Bloom, we are committed to helping you tell your home design story. We are committed to bringing you furnishing and décor handmade by the world’s most skilled artisans, using the highest quality sustainably sourced materials. We pay attention to every detail in the construction process to ensure a quality piece. 


We warrant our merchandise to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use, however, is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time, and cushion cores may soften and lose shape; these normal conditions are not what we consider manufacturers’ defects and are not covered by our warranty. 

Any item delivered with damage must be reported to us upon your receipt of the merchandise. Any damage upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt; damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be determined to be purchaser damage, and not warranted. Merchandise found to have a defect in material or workmanship must be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.

For warranty issues, depending on the severity of the damage, we will have the item repaired by our professional repair service at no charge to you; or, if the damage or defect cannot be repaired, we will arrange for replacement of the damaged piece or issue a refund.

Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price. In no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or incidental or consequential damages.

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or Spotify promotion misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners.


Refunds are only issued if the damage or defect of the merchandise cannot be repaired. To process a refund, we require you to provide the original receipt, to which a corporate check will be issued and could take up to 10 working days to process. Returns or refunds will not be accepted on bespoke orders. Products should be carefully inspected on receipt. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any product found to be damaged or missing. Bloom will not accept exchanges if invoices are dated over 5 days.

Delivery fees are only refunded if the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement in writing; a 5% restocking fee and a redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returnedor exchanged for reasons other than the manufacturer’s defect or damage, provided the merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased.

It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded minus the initial delivery fee and/or restocking fee provided the returned/exchanged merchandise is in the same condition as when purchased.

Clearance Items: These items are sold “as-is” and ‘with all faults’ basis and cannot be returned, exchanged or received a price adjustment. All sales are final as these are non-warrantied items. Should the merchandise prove the defective following purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, assumes the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs.


Merchandise in our warehouse cannot be held for more than 30 days. After 30days, delivery must be scheduled for your order. At this time, no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations can be made. In the event of failure to take responsibility for delivery within the time frame set forth, a storage fee shall be charged in the amount equal to 10% per month of the sales price. Bloom Shall not be responsible for damages after the time frame set forth.


Full payment is required prior to the scheduling of the delivery. Delivery will be made only after the realization of the Cheque payment. One Week time period is required for dispatch after receiving the full payment.

Bloom will not purchase non-standard materials or begin to manufacture products until all specification details are confirmed by a customer’s purchase order and the deposit of 50% has been paid and funds cleared.

The lead time indicated at the time of quotation will only commence at the point in time that order details and funds are in place.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. Customers’ Own Materials must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the estimated delivery date, or the date may have to be amended. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the purchaser for prolonged delay caused by the occurrence of force majeure. 

For purposes of this order, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is no treasonably foreseeable, or otherwise caused by, or under the control of Bloom.

No penalties are acceptable.

We endeavor to manufacture our products as accurately as possible, however, they are handcrafted often using natural and variable materials, therefore the dimensions of our products may vary within a tolerance of up to +/- 15 mm.

Cancellation and or Amendments

Cancellations will not be accepted and the deposit amount shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

All requests for amendments must be notified to Bloom in writing. Should any request for amendments come after confirmation of your purchase order, then all costs incurred by Bloom and variation costs will be identified and charged to you the customer.

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
